Step One: Initial Conversation
Reach out via the contact form or call directly. We’ll have a brief discussion about:

This conversation determines whether we’re the right fit. I only work with clients who value strategic thinking as much as beautiful imagery.
Step Two: Pre-Shoot Brand Consultation
This is where the real value begins.
Before we shoot a single frame, we meet to conduct a comprehensive review of your visual brand presence.
I’ll analyze:

Step Three: Strategic Shot List Development
Based on our consultation, I develop a detailed shooting plan that includes:

Step Four: The Half-Day Session (up to 3 Hours)
On shoot day, we execute the strategy with editorial precision.
If we’re in or around the studio, you’ll experience the character-rich environment of a Baltimore factory space with exposed brick, industrial texture, vintage architectural details.
Multiple shooting areas allow for visual variety without location changes.
If we’re on-location, I bring the same documentary approach to your environment—finding angles, lighting, and moments that tell your story authentically.
The session moves efficiently through our shot list while remaining open to spontaneous moments. Drawing from a decade of magazine work, I create an atmosphere where authenticity emerges naturally.
You won’t feel like you’re “posing.” You’ll simply be you, and I’ll capture it. You won’t have to worry, I’ll guide you to help show your most authentic self.
Professional hair and makeup can be coordinated through trusted partners (separate investment).
Both still photography and video content can be captured during the session.
Step Five: Image Review & Strategic Selection
After the shoot (or shortly after), we review images together—but not just aesthetically.
We select images based on strategic need:

Investment Structure:
$1,100 session fee + $120 per selected final image
Most clients select 10-15 images, bringing total investment to approximately $2,500, a strategic spend that delivers ROI for years.
Step Six: Professional Retouching & Delivery
Within one week, you receive:

- High-resolution files optimized for print
- Web-optimized files for fast loading
- Full commercial usage rights for all business purposes
- Video content (if included – Please allow an additional week for editing and review)
